Request a membership hold

To request a temporary hold, please read the terms and conditions below and complete the form at least 3 business days before your intended start date.

You may place your membership on hold for a minimum of 14 days (2 weeks) and a maximum of 84 days (12 weeks), up to twice per calendar year. Membership holds are available for circumstances such as holidays, injury, illness or financial hardship.

During the hold period, your membership fees and access will be paused. Billing will automatically resume when the hold ends, and your future billing date will be adjusted to account for the paused period.

Important

If your membership hold begins on your usual billing date, the scheduled payment will still be processed. Once the hold period ends, your next payment date will be adjusted to account for the full time your membership was on hold.
